Leads all aspects of the account and team from client strategy and performance to financials within an agency.
Client Relationship & Influence:

Financial & SOW Management:
• Builds, recommends, and negotiates SOWs and retainer models
• Drives proactive SOW/MSAs, renewals, and negotiations

Industry Knowledge & Business Growth:
• Comprehensive expertise of trends applied to the client's business
• Proactively grows/expands existing business
• Partners with New Business team on RFP responses and agency pitches
Leadership & Team Management:
