We are looking for a seasoned Account Director to drive growth, build executive relationships, and elevate customer success across our APAC accounts and partner ecosystem. If you are a commercially driven, relationship-led sales leader with deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem and an appetite to shape the future of device security—we want to speak with you. As an Account Director, you will be reporting to the Regional VP and will take full ownership of commercial growth and strategic account management for the assigned markets. Your mission is to expand our footprint, nurture high-value customer relationships, and drive revenue through renewals, upsells, and new business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline by nurturing deep relationships with existing customers and partners.

  • Identify and create new business opportunities in the India & neighboring markets with OEMs, retailers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

  • Develop compelling proposals and lead full sales cycles from preparation through to deal negotiation and close.

  • Provide customer and market insights to inform wider commercial and product strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with the Key Account, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Support the establishment of strategic partner relationships and ensure alignment across OEMs and ecosystem players.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are always up to date.

  • When required, manage direct reports to drive consistent upsell, cross-sell, and geographic expansion strategies.

Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills—capable of engaging and influencing at CXO level.

  • Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and grow existing accounts (“farmer” mindset).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident delivering presentations to senior audiences.

  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Ability to build consensus across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills across diverse environments.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in technology sales, ideally within mobile devices, telecom, software, or related ecosystems.

  • Demonstrable success in business development with enterprise customers in the region.

  • Strong discipline working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Hands-on experience using multiple sales methodologies.

  • Background in matrixed or cross-functional environments.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the mobile device & financial services ecosystem including OEMs, carriers, Financing service providers, and mobile app protection technologies.

  • Deep knowledge of the market and its commercial, operational, and cultural dynamics.
