Account Director, Digital Marketing

TLDR

Responsible for driving revenue growth and long-term client partnerships while managing the performance of key accounts and leading a diverse team.

As an Account Director, you are responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy. You will also lead major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative to create the most rounded outputs for AnyMind’s clients.

What You Will Do

  • Operates as the business owner that owns the business performance, approving P&Ls, pre-signing off commercial structures, managing the financial health of the business unit, and ensuring legal and financial compliance.
  • Responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy.
  • Leading major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative.
  • Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans.
  • Own the business performance of key accounts and lead the entire Account Management, Influencer Management and Sales Admin team.
  • Represent the company at senior client level; build long-term partnerships. Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients.
  • Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in a digital marketing agency. 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the position of Account Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 15-20 members.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing/social strategy, financial governance, and organizational leadership.
  • Experience in manage P&L
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management & negotiation 
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
  • Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English communication skills
