At meteocontrol, we support companies worldwide in maximizing the performance of their solar assets.We are looking for an Account & Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience in France.
You will join a small, international, and collaborative team, where your ideas matter and you can actively contribute to shaping processes and growing our French entity.

What We Offer
- CDI – 39h/week - Possibility of part-time arrangements depending on individual needs

Your mission:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support clients throughout their projects and ensure satisfaction
- Manage incoming requests (quotes, contracts, follow-up)
- Collaborate closely with technical and internal teams
- Contribute to improving processes and client experience
Your profile:
- First experience in account management, customer success, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with CRM/ERP tools
- French: Fluent (essential)
- English: Professional working proficiency (written and spoken)
- German: Nice to have, not required
