Responsibilities:
Liaise with brands for joint promotion opportunities and make sure each campaign is delivered successfully.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of campaigns by maintaining effective communication throughout the whole process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties, not limited to vendors, talents and freelancers and cultivate a network of industry insiders to elevate campaign execution.
Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, bring in digital marketing and social media insights to the team.
Partner with creatives to develop cohesive narratives that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
Manage account budgets.
Proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner. Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
Administrative support including weekly updates, updating the project management system; preparing metrics and reports; financial status.
Requirements:
University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines.
2 years of account servicing and project management experience, preferably in the advertising industry.
Attention to details with passion in fashion and culture.
Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules and pressure.
Basic understanding of social media advertising.
More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Account Coordinator.
