Job Summary:

The Account Coordinator position will assist the sales and account management team in creating and finalize opportunities within the CRM, processing and assisting with preparing proposals, and processing purchase and change orders. The selected individual will possess a demonstrated understanding of administrative duties within the sales operations team.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist National Account Executives and Account Managers with sales task management
  • Attend Opportunity Strategy Meetings and support finalization of program opportunities in SalesForce
  • Support preparation of project and change order quotes
  • Professionally call customer location contacts for various reasons including scheduling audit appointments
  • Assist the sales team with administrative functions related to sales activities
  • Assist with the preparation of opportunities for new business and communicate with internal teams to provide deliverables to customer
  • Manage Oracle/SalesForce/Proposal Tool uploads and data entry
  • Support Account Managers with RFP completion
  • Provide high-level responsive customer service to our internal and external customers
  • Provide Purchase Order (PO) reconciliation support
  • Create and maintain folders on Shared Drive
  • Provide chargeback support
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Math aptitude
  • Experience working with CRM systems

 

Education:

  • 2-year degree required – or equivalent work experience

 

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers
  • High level understanding inside sales

 

Experience Preferred/Other Qualifications:

  • Experience working with RFP’s and/or RFQ’s
  • SalesForce or Oracle Experience
