What you'll do:

Bespoke ABM Program Development: Develop and manage a comprehensive ABM program, targeting a curated list of top-tier eCommerce brands in the US and EMEA regions. This involves identifying key accounts, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring marketing efforts to these specific requirements.

Precision Targeting: Provide strategic guidance for content and channel tactics crafted to resonate with VP and C-level decision-makers. This includes creating personalized messaging and using the most effective channels for engagement, ensuring that the communication is highly relevant to leaders across divisions such as CX, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Finance among others.

Thought Leadership: Conduct research and develop an outline for thought leadership content that positions Zowie as a leading voice in the eCommerce space. This involves identifying key industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in collaboration with the PMM lead and creating insightful content with the help of the Content team to establish Zowie as a trustworthy partner.

Performance Analysis: Rigorously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns using a range of analytics tools. This involves assessing key performance indicators, deriving insights from data, and making informed adjustments to strategies and tactics to enhance campaign outcomes.

SDR/BDR Leadership: Directly oversee and mentor a dedicated Sales Development Rep/Business Development Rep. Provide guidance on crafting highly tailored and professional outreach strategies that align with the unique profiles and needs of each targeted account to enhance the initial stages of the sales process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in active collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to each account. This includes aligning marketing strategies with product development insights and sales tactics, ensuring that all teams are working towards a common goal.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to ABM programs - this experience should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, particularly in the context of enterprise SaaS and solutions for eCommerce brands
- A strong track record in creating or setting the strategy for targeted content that effectively communicates with high-level executives across different verticals within eCommerce - this involves an understanding of the nuances of B2B communication and the ability to craft messages that resonate with a sophisticated audience
- A robust capability to leverage data and insights for refining and optimizing marketing strategies - this involves general proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret market trends and measure campaign effectiveness
- A proven record of managing complex marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders - this includes planning, execution, and delivering projects within timeline and budget constraints, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with and influencing senior-level stakeholders - this includes the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
It'll be awesome if you have:
- Experience working in or with midsize to large global eCommerce brands
- Demonstrated success in using conferences, trade shows, and exclusive gatherings to build meaningful connections with key decision-makers
- Deep familiarity with platforms like Demandbase, 6Sense, and Terminus for targeted ABM campaigns
