Access Network Engineer

• Develop strategies for key projects of GPON/CPE products in the rep office/account dept. Understand customers' network requirements, gain insight into customers' network gaps, plan WDM project objectives in the Türkiye market, and formulate strategies to ensure the achievement of key project objectives.
• Be responsible for the market and order targets of GPON/CPE products in the representative office/account group.
• Take charge of marketing activities for GPON/CPE products in the representative office and customer groups, and build up and improve Huawei's WDM brand and product competitiveness.
• Provide technical support and promotion for GPON/CPE products in representative offices and accounts.
• Be responsible for GPON/CPE project operation, strategy implementation, technical communication, configuration quotation, and commercial negotiation.

Requirements

• Have deep GPON/CPE technical capabilities. Familiarity with TP-Link/Nokia/ZTE products is preferred.
• IP working experience, IP network maintenance, WDM network planning, or IP product market expansion experience.
• Transfer the GPON delivery/maintenance team.
