We are looking for an Accelerator.  

Target total compensation ranges from $90,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $85,000 - $125,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the role: 

Accelerators at Rokt are builders who turbocharge efficiency using AI, automation, and first-principles problem solving.

Accelerator roles start off in the Rokt Operations team. You’ll work on high-impact operational problems that sit at the center of how Rokt launches, protects, and scales customer experiences across our network.

Rokt Operations is responsible for:

• Accelerating client impact (e.g., helping clients launch faster, unblocking technical hurdles)
• Protecting and improving the customer experience (e.g., QA, approvals/policy enforcement, monitoring, experimentation)
• Reducing friction for 5x speed by deploying AI-first solutions and tooling that make teams faster and more autonomous

To set you up for success, you’ll go through a curated onboarding program to build context on Rokt’s products, our operating model, and the work that is manual today - so you can meaningfully automate and improve it.

What You’ll Do

• Streamline & automate Ops workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes. Design and implement AI-enabled automations that reduce time and errors.
• Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools (often AI-assisted) that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks for Ops and our cross-functional partners.
• Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against our team goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with teams like GTM, Solutions, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and land changes that stick.
• Get trained at speed: Learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems.
