Academy Athletic Trainer

 Evaluate, treat and conduct rehab with assigned academy athletes

 Lead referral of athletes to team physicians or other external healthcare provders as necessary

 Ensure effective communication with departmental staff, coaches, athletes and family members

 Coverage of practice and games (Including occasional international travel)

Preparation of field and athletes for practice and games

Collaborate with department on best practice return-to-play pathways

Maintain digital medical and treatment logs for assigned academy athletes

Keep medical spaces clean, organized and safe.

Drive innovation in the Academy medical space

Perform other duties as required

Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in athletic training from CAATE recognized school

NATABOC Certification

Active New Jersey Athletic Trainer Licensure or the ability to quickly obtain 

Current Professional CPR Certification

Must pass a background check to work with minors and undergo mandatory Safe Sport training.

NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) preferred

The ability to regularly lift up to 75lbs, in addition to being physically capable of performing general athletic training duties

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.

The base salary for this position is $60,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
