Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, has an opening for a temporary Academic Initiatives Coordinator in its Academic Sales department.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Academic Sales team with outbounding efforts to generate leads
Being the first point of contact on mailings and following up as needed
Executing projects determined through weekly marketing meetings
Assisting with new business initiatives and support

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with professionals in an academic setting
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Strong work ethic and the ability to network
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience within academia and/or direct sales is preferred

Location: Fully remote and seeking candidates from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru
Job type: Part time (20 hours per week)/Independent Contractor
Reporting to: Academic Sales Manager
