About The Role
We’re seeking an ABM Demand Gen Marketing Manager to elevate our sales efforts at Journey. In this high-impact role, you will put your creativity and marketing prowess to work to develop, launch, manage, and measure our marketing campaign funnel. You’ll build ABM campaigns that help our sellers connect with our buyers and contribute to pipeline generation. This role reports to the Head of Demand Gen and closely collaborates with the entire sales org at Journey. In this job, you will:
- Demand generation / ABM strategy: Own and build the campaign and demand generation strategy for penetrating our target accounts.
- Define account tiering, segmentation, and channel tactics and own the monthly campaign calendar that will help us meet our pipeline goals•
- Campaign strategy and execution: Align closely with the sales team to gain insights from the field, and understand our key buyers. You’ll continue to refine our collective understanding of our ICP, and our target personas and then define tactics and execution channels to orchestrate multi-touch programs and campaigns, leveraging a variety of channels (digital, paid social, email, direct mail, display advertising, webinars, etc) and integrating field events into the mix.
- Enable the BDR team with messaging and campaign ideas for their own outreach efforts and for lead follow up.
- Work with cross-functional team members in Sales and Product to develop messaging and content appropriate for target personas
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields or 2+ years as a B2B campaign manager
- High competency with ABM and demand generation martech, digital marketing trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in best-in-class tech stack tools: Demandbase, Hubspot, Salesforce
- Strong command of product storytelling and a portfolio of highly engaging and creative campaigns that memorably articulate the brand and position in the market.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding lead generation and pipeline influence targets. Ability to adjust strategy to hit pipeline goals within a defined budget using metrics like channel ROI.
- Proficiency in reporting with both lead and account level metrics e.g. MQL and MQA.
- End-to-end campaign execution. Excellent in copywriting, brief writing and designing, and implementing end-to-end campaigns including launching and reporting on campaigns. Proficient in building automations in Hubspot.
- Proficiency in key marketing channels: Webinar, ads, LinkedIn, content syndication, events, thought leadership digital, paid social, email, direct mail, display advertising, webinars
- Experience selling in the HR benefits space and HR consultant space.
- Experience orchestrating campaigns and partnering with AE and BDR teams to enable sales each team to deliver on their goals.
