We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote ABA Intake Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our growing ABA team. This crucial role involves managing the intake process for families seeking Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, social media, and referrals, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Guide families through the intake process with empathy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collect and verify relevant documentation, including insurance information and patient details.
• Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure families feel welcomed and informed throughout the intake process.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in an intake specialist role or similar position in healthcare is a plus.
• Positive attitude with the ability to quickly build rapport with families.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM or EMR systems for data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members.
