We are actively seeking an experienced A/V Specialist to join our Digital Infrastructure / IT team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining displays, cameras, speakers, and microphones within conference rooms and event spaces.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms and similar videoconferencing software
Diagnose and resolve issues with A/V equipment in a fast-paced, business-critical environment
Install or replace displays, cameras, speakers, and microphones
Plan hardware deployments for new construction during the architectural and technical drawing phase
Maintain Crestron systems through Crestron Toolbox
Maintain Shure systems through Intellimix and Designer software
Run and terminate low-voltage cabling and/or fiber as needed
Document systems for our Helpdesk team and general team members to self-resolve issues
Use MDM platforms to manage Windows, Android, and Apple operating systems where used for A/V
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial A/V systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Crestron Certified Programmer -- capable of using Crestron systems and Crestron Toolbox software
Demonstrated experience with enterprise videoconferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms
Experience with Shure audio equipment and related software (Intellimix, Designer, Dante Controller)
Proficiency with A/V equipment installation including displays, cameras, speakers, and microphones
Basic networking knowledge for A/V over IP systems (DANTE, RTSP, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues in business-critical environments
Excellent documentation and communication skills for creating user guides and technical documentation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for installations and maintenance
Customer service orientation for working with end users and stakeholders
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
Experience with architectural and technical drawing review preferred
Experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows, Android, and Apple device management
Advanced networking knowledge for troubleshooting multicast
