963 | 3D LiDAR Specialist (MicroStation / TerraScan)

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking to strengthen our expertise with an experienced consultant who can support us on-demand with advanced tasks in MicroStation + TerraScan, including 3D feature extraction, vectorization, and classification of LiDAR data.

This is a part-time, hourly-based consulting role, where you’ll help us solve complex tasks, provide expert advice on software usage, and guide us through best practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide our engineers on advanced workflows in MicroStation + TerraScan.
• Provide advice on the best tools and approaches.
• Assist with troubleshooting and quality control of complex deliverables.
• Run short knowledge-sharing sessions or mini-workshops to demonstrate key features or processes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in MicroStation and TerraScan, with hands-on experience in 3D feature extraction from LiDAR datasets.
• Solid background in working with large point clouds and generating CAD/GIS models.
• Good understanding of LiDAR classification principles and CAD data integration.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes for LiDAR-derived products (DTM, breaklines, vector deliverables).
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, practical way.
• Flexibility in scheduling short consulting sessions when needed.
