We are looking for an L&D coordinator to join our team in Petah Tikvah (hybrid)

In this role, we are looking for people who are passionate about helping others learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ultimately, you will help our company grow by training and developing its people.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Liaise with the regional Business Units to understand learning needs and professional
• Collaborate with the Learning Solutions team to develop suitable solutions
• Work with external providers as needed to deliver learning solutions
• Plan and ensure effective delivery of the Learning Programs
• Promote the Learning culture in the region through multiple L&D initiatives
• Analyze the Learning data and derive insightful actions for the region/country
• Support managers develop their team members through career pathing

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Learning management, ideally in large organizations
• Experience in planning and coordinating learning activities with multi stakeholders
• Experience in managing learning activities via LMS
• High level of English spoken and written
