As a Product Manager for Sinch’s emergency services team, you will be responsible and in charge of all aspects of several key products. In this role, you will handle market analysis, assessment, respond to RFP’s, gather customer needs and build product requirements, balance and align the product roadmap with business goals.
You’ll expand the relationships that exists with the development team, helping translate business needs into technical requirements, driving projects across multiple functional teams, you will pull groups together and help them focus on results and exceeding customer expectations.
You will work with our account teams in determining customer/new market needs and priorities, building business cases for new products and significant product enhancements, partnering with leadership to ensure effective development and implementation of product plans.
As a member of the product management team, you will own and be responsible for managing the roadmap and day-to-day prioritizations for several emergency services products. You will work closely with leadership, product development and account management to manage our emergency services product portfolio throughout all phases of the product life cycle, from introduction through sunsetting.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
