Qualitest is looking for our next Technical customer support to join our growing team

this is a full time position in Petah Tikvah

In this position, you will Work on WIFI components at the lab. support users, developers, testers, and everyone who works on this project.


Role Responsibility:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Escalation procedures, promptly allocating unresolved calls as appropriate. advising customers of actions taken
  • Installation configuration and deployment of new and existing software in line with defined procedures.
  • Managing the logistics on the project
  • Undertakes any other tasks as requested by Management.

Requirements

  • Technician, IT or practical Eng. graduate
  • Experience in a technical support will be advantage.
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and think logically.
  • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
  • Ability to understand the needs of the users and formulate adequate response.
  • Good English
