We are seeking a Tech Lead (C#/.NET) to guide a high-performing engineering team supporting PowerPlan’s NXT platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a distributed engineering team building features for PowerPlan’s NXT platform

  • Providing technical direction, code reviews, and hands-on development in C#/.NET

  • Collaborating with architects on cloud-native design principles and integration patterns

  • Working with SQL Server and Oracle/PLSQL data flows to support complex business logic

  • Partnering with product owners to refine requirements and plan sprint work

  • Ensuring quality, maintainability, and delivery velocity through engineering best practices

  • Acting as the primary communication bridge between PowerPlan and the delivery team

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys leading others while staying close to the code and contributing directly to product development.

  • 6+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development

  • Strong experience with SQL Server; familiarity with Oracle/PLSQL strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of cloud-native patterns and modern architectural practices (Azure or AWS experience a plus)

  • Experience with GraphQL and/or metadata-driven UI frameworks is preferred

  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams in an agile environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with product, architecture, and engineering leadership

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges

  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions

Must have the ability to travel to the USA (Atlanta, GA) 1-2 times per year.
