Description: 
The primary focus of this role is to monitor and guarantee the timely execution of maintenance milestones for developer teams across various projects. You will work closely with a diverse network of content producers and developers to implement quality-of-life updates, streamlining processes to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 
Track and execute operational initiatives for ongoing maintenance updates, ensuring continued quality of active projects
Work closely with performance and developer teams for ongoing performance optimization efforts across projects
Track all bug tickets and tasks alongside QA and developers to fix and close
Regularly check active projects to ensure they are operative as expected and flag any issues to key stakeholders
Play an active role in various testing phases, from pre-certification alpha to final launch editions, ensuring QA and performance best practices were implemented throughout
Track relevant platform bugs and alert potentially affected development teams
Demonstrate and promote high attention to detail when documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers individually or collaboratively
Playtest new features for bugs and performance impact
Conduct routine assessments of project status to evaluate system stability and performance metrics
Monitor and document weekly project activities to verify the delivery and availability of all necessary assets

Skills/Qualifications: 
Experience working in the games and/or entertainment industries
Experience with a variety of project management methodologies and tools
Experience with Google docs and sheets, Salesforce, Jira, and/or other productivity tools
Experience working directly with 3rd party content developers
Familiarity with applications development and QA
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness and problem-solving
A team player with great communication skills

Education/Experience: 
Bachelors Degree, preferably in game design or computer science but experience is more important than type of degree.
