Marketing Production Manager

Role Summary

Vacation® is seeking a Marketing Production Manager to support production of marketing materials, lead cross-departmental project management, and assist with the execution of experiential marketing efforts. The Marketing Production Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will support our Marketing, Events, Sales and Partnerships teams, heading up daily management of associated projects while optimizing our internal SOPs and project management systems.

Responsibilities

Marketing Production:

• Manage vendor billing and contracting, helping track budgets and actualize expenses for all projects
• Produce retail displays and OOH campaigns, working closely with Sales team and retail partners
• Assist Director of Marketing Operations on production of photoshoots 
• Manage post-production needs, including image editing and content delivery
• Produce physical marketing materials and merchandise, working with Product Marketing team, Design team, Operations team, and external vendors

Project Management:

• Manage inbox for marketing requests from across the company
• Manage daily traffic control for the Product Marketing team, communicating priorities to leadership and advancing the daily approvals process
• Run pre-production meetings for product launches and cross-functional projects
• Own and refine our process and best practices for using Asana project management, ensuring company usage and accountability

Events and Partnerships: 

• Assist with production of all Vacation® owned events and partnership collaborations
• Assist with production of trade show and retail events
• Manage brand ambassadors and production involved in event sampling programs
• Manage activation production, including marketing materials and product giveaways

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in event production, project management, or other production based roles
• Experience managing budgets 
• Organizational excellence when dealing with complex projects in a fast paced environment 
• Experience with contract negotiation and management of vendors
• Experience using project management software (Asana strongly preferred)
• Able to travel to all Vacation® events and trade shows throughout the year as needed 
• You use sunscreen
