Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and resourceful 3rd Shift HR Associate to support overnight operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees during off-hours. This role is responsible for addressing employee questions, assisting with HRIS password resets, coordinating employee engagement activities, and tracking attendance. Shift:

This position supports our 3rd shift operation which runs Sunday – Wednesday from 7:45 pm – 6:15 am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general concerns during 3rd shift hours.
  • Assist employees with HRIS system access, including password resets and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support and help coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Run and distribute attendance reports and assist with tracking trends or discrepancies.
  • Document and escalate employee concerns or issues to appropriate HR personnel for follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure continuity of service across shifts.
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR, administrative support, or customer service, especially in a manufacturing or 24/7 operational environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Overnight shift in an office or production environment.
  • May require occasional walking through facility and interaction with production staff.
  • Some flexibility may be required for training or meetings during daytime hours.
