  • Experience working with game-ready assets
  • Ability to adapt to established art styles and maintain visual consistency across assets;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Experience optimizing assets for mobile or live-service games;
  • Passion for stylized art and attention to detail;
  • Interest or experience working with Disney-inspired themes or family-friendly fantasy settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and model stylized 3D props and environmental assets (buildings, decorations, interactive objects, themed items);
  • Collaborate closely with Concept Artists and Art Directors to ensure assets align with the project’s visual direction and Disney brand standards;
  • Prepare assets according to technical requirements and performance constraints;
  • Iterate on assets based on feedback from art and production teams;
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving art pipelines and workflows;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques relevant to stylized 3D art.
