You will be responsible for building high-fidelity geo-typical and geo-specific 3D terrain and environments for autonomous vehicle engineering based on Unreal Engine. We are looking for a polyvalent 3D artist with a focus on terrain and environment modelling and who can also support optimization and updates to 3D assets. You will take the lead on the creation, editing, and implementation of environmental art pipelines and processes. You will be responsible for the layout and construction of simulation environments and support scenario design. This is your chance to use your specialist 3D art skills as well as broaden your horizons in AI and autonomous systems engineering.

3+ years of experience working in the game/simulation industry with Unreal Engine
Post-secondary education in game art and design or equivalent
Experience with Unreal Landscape and terrain/vegetation generation tools
Experience in realistic object creation within game budget
Experience with geo-specific terrain generation workflow and tools and assets
Proficiency in art software such as 3dsMax, Photoshop and Substance designer
Expert Knowledge of shaders, PBR, and normal mapping
Blueprints scripting as well as Python skills an asset
Experience with level design an asset
Passion to learn new things
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
