ARSIEM is looking for a a motivated AI/ML Prototype Developer to capture requirements, create innovative prototypes, deploy solutions to evaluate, and tune machine learning models ability to integrate, reference, make inferences and consolidate data into a holistic view. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with customers to enable acceleration to evaluate and tune machine learning models' abilities to integrate, reference, make inferences and consolidate data into a holistic view.
Write and evolve prototype techniques leveraging diverse architecture and methods.
Provide database administration, dataflow engineering, data wrangling, and model development.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Proficiency with, but not limited to, Python (i.e. SciKit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), R, GIT and experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
Ability to provide database administration for relational databases and TensorFlow.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in augmenting, providing context, and/or fine-tuning large language models for generative tasks using approaches such as but not limited to, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and model context protocol (MCP).
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
