2D Artist Intern

As a 2D Artist Intern in Gameloft Sofia, you will support the art team in creating visual elements that bring our game worlds to life. Working under the guidance of experienced artists, you will contribute to the development of props, assets, and visual concepts while learning industry-standard pipelines and tools. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional production environment, improve your artistic skills, and understand how 2D art contributes to the overall game vision.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Assist the art team in creating 2D assets such as props, icons, and environmental elements
• Support the development of concept sketches and visual references for in-game content
• Prepare and refine assets for integration into the production pipeline

• Basic understanding of composition, color, and form
• Proficiency in Photoshop or other 2D digital painting tools
• Strong motivation to learn and improve within a professional team environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and artistic potential
