Join a facilities team as a Data Centre Technician, providing hands-on support to critical infrastructure systems in a mission-critical environment.
We are currently looking for a Trades or Technical individual, ideally with a mechanical background, to join us in the role of Data Centre Technician working within our facilities team operating on a 24/7 basis.
Within this role, we will provide full on-the-job training to bring you up to speed on all aspects of data centre facility management and critical infrastructure. This includes hands-on exposure to mechanical systems such as cooling infrastructure (CRAC units, chillers, HVAC systems), electrical distribution systems, cabling infrastructure, building monitoring systems, and fire protection systems.
This role is ideally suited to someone with a mechanical or electrical background who is looking to apply their skills within a mission-critical data centre environment. Refrigeration Mechanics, Mechanical Plumbers & Mechanical Engineers encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be required to work a 4 – 5 – 5 rotating shift roster with day shifts from 7am - 7pm and night shifts from 7pm - 7am.

This role is not focused on IT but instead centers on hands-on facility operations, mechanical systems reliability, and critical infrastructure support.
From time to time, during shifts there may be travel between sites as required.
