The Marketing Engagement Intern will support the execution and coordination of marketing communications across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual interested in marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will play a key role in ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on schedule while maintaining strong alignment across Marketing and working collaboratively with various Operations, Product and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Creating and managing the BEFH quiz process through the Outgrow tool
- Submit and manage creative and campaign requests to the Brand Team via JIRA
- Track progress of requests and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Support the execution of BEFH (Best Egg Financial Health) communications
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure communications are running as scheduled
- Assist in reviewing reporting dashboards and flagging any issues or discrepancies
- Support ongoing optimization by identifying gaps or inconsistencies in campaign execution
- Calendar & Workflow Management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets preferred)
