2026 Part-Time Match Day Operations Staff

TLDR

Join Red Bull New York's operations team to support stadium setup and collaborate with diverse partners during exciting match days.

Red Bull New York (MLS) Matches @ SIS, NJ/NY Gotham FC (NWSL) Matches @ SIS, RBNY II (MLSNP) Matches @ Montclair State University.

Support operations of SIS and stadium setup, breakdown, staging and conversion for matches.

Coordinate with other Red Bull New York departments to ensure successful event execution.

Collaborate with outside parties (visiting teams, referees, league officials, vendors, partners) to ensure all needs are met.

Other designated assigned responsibilities.

Someone with the ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform moderate labor over the course of a full event (8-12 hrs). Can work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).

Professionalism around pro athletes/teams, while maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions in a team environment.

Ability to meet deadlines; accomplish work in order of priority; effectively multitask and deliver consistently at a high level.

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.

The base hourly rate for this position is $20. Actual offers may vary based on work experience. The base hourly pay is subject to change and may be modified.
