This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands‑on exposure to HR functions in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. This is an in-person position. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with full‑cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing new‑hire materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and help update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and trends to support team initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
