About the role:

As a Client Service Associate, you'll act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts, helping bridge knowledge gaps and deliver valuable insights. Our diverse client base includes global consulting firms, top-tier private equity firms, hedge funds, corporates and more. You'll develop core skills in research, sales, negotiation and professional communication, contributing to better decision-making across industries.

About our Graduate Assessment Days

To streamline our hiring process, we invite promising candidates to participate in our Graduate Assessment Days. These events provide an opportunity to learn about Dialectica and showcase your skills in a dynamic setting.

Assessment Day Structure:

1. Company Presentation: Gain insights into our company, values and the role of the Client Service Associate. Learn how Dialectica empowers better decision-making and contributes to a prosperous society.

2. Group Exercise: Work on a real-life case study and present your findings. This exercise will assess your teamwork, analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
