• Project leadership: Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross-functional execution from design-in to volume.
• Customer technical engagement: Capture requirements, discuss trade-offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions.
• Validation & quality: Define/execute test plans (pressure/leak, flow, thermal, vibration); document results and close actions.
• On-site technical support: Triage, stabilize, and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities.
• RMA management: First response, on-site fault isolation, coordinate failure analysis with factory, implement and verify corrective actions.
• Manufacturing/process interface: Solid understanding of liquid-cooling manufacturing (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure/helium testing, flushing, packaging, traceability) and close collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure quality and yield.
• Market & roadmap input: Synthesize customer needs and trends into product requirements and cost/quality targets.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM).
• Hands-on experience with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water-
glycol/dielectric), and reliability test methods.
• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and
manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing).
• Proven project management experience to drive projects forward and hit dates.
• On-site technical support capability at customer/data-center locations and RMA handling.
• Ability to design with AutoCad 3D, Pro/E, SolidWorks.
• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are required.

• Ability to discuss technical topics with customers, including design for manufacturing and
cost improvements.
