About our Early Careers Programme
As a graduate, you’ll be supported by our dedicated Early Careers Team throughout your first 12 months. We’ll guide you through onboarding, mentoring, events, workshops, and ongoing development opportunities—ensuring you’re set up for success while you settle into your new permanent role.
What is the Talent Elevator?
Your journey begins with our Talent Elevator induction: a week‑long experience where we fly our entire Early Careers cohort to one location (usually Auckland) for learning, connection, and fun. You’ll meet your peers and our leaders, build key professional skills, and start your career with confidence.
