About the Program

• Duration: 2-month or 3-month Full-time Internship (5 days a week)
• Location: Based in our Tai Po Office (shuttle buses provided!)
• Hands-On Experience: Dive into a vertically integrated business and see how every piece fits together.

Functions

Each intern will be attached to ONE function during your internship journey:

Facilities & Administration (Engineering):

• Assist in facility management and maintenance and engineering projects 

Logistics:

• Assist in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Provide valuable exposure to supply chain processes.

Production:

• Support production planning and operations within a structured manufacturing environment.
• Manage production schedules, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient execution of manufacturing processes.

Project Management (New Product Development):

• Assist in planning and executing new product development projects; conduct market research to support product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Purchasing & Material Planning:

• Collaborate with teams to facilitate the procurement of materials and resources.
• Assist in inventory analysis and supply chain optimization.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor product processes, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Engage in sampling, testing, documentation, and quality management activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Research & Development:

• Participate in product development projects, conducting research and analysis to support innovation initiatives and formulation.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• University undergraduates, preferably in Pharmaceutical Science, Chinese Medicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food and Nutrition, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong without Visa sponsorship
• Proactive, motivated and eager to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
