Job Title: Harvest Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Green Bay, WI
Reporting to: Harvest Maintenance Superintendent
Essential Job Functions:
- Schedule, plan, and oversee maintenance activities within the fabrication department
- Supervise and coach maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Maintain systems and equipment by repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty components
- Ensure maintenance operational standards are met by enforcing policies and procedures
- Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment
- Communicate effectively with operating departments to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards
Experience Required:
- Proven experience working with conveyor systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems; ability to learn SAP preferred
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
