  • Establish and maintain robust first-line credit procedures and control framework.
  • Manage pricing and profitability analyses at portfolio and client levels, supporting Sales teams on complex pricing decisions.
  • Monitor capital consumption and propose optimisation measures where appropriate.
  • Support the development and review of credit lending policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and lead Credit Approval Committee meetings, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Generate credit-related reports for management, regulators, and internal committees.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance loan and product knowledge across the Bank.
  • University Degree in business, economics, finance or related field, with 5+ years of banking experience in Luxembourg
  • Demonstrated expertise in credit management and pricing
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CRR/CRD, EBA/GL/2020/06, CSSF circulars)
  • Understanding of capital consumption and pricing aspects
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
