- excellent writing skills and understanding of German and Chinese
- university degree and professional experience as a translator
- experienced or willing to work with Across, Trados, and other CAT tools
- fast, efficient, and accurate workstyle
- ability to stick to tight deadlines
- profound medical or technical knowledge as an asset
