Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analog and microwave background to design analog and RF RADAR subsystems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system and subsystem-level problems.
  • Ability to develop chain analysis for product requirements.
  • Understanding of frequency plans for up and down conversion.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Experience with high precision RF over Fiber, RF chain analysis, and troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Office products.
  • Experience with Ansys HFSS.
  • Radar design experience of low-level electronics.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.

Essential Job Duties (Not All-Inclusive):

  • Lead a small team of hardware engineers.
  • Follow quality procedures to comply with ISO requirements.
  • Travel occasionally to sites.
  • Generate requirements for RADAR subsystems based on technical and customer requirements.
  • Design subsystems - this includes analog/RF signal integrity, control wiring, power, and thermal considerations.
  • Develop test plans for subsystems.
  • Test and troubleshoot system and subsystem-level problems.
  • Be the lead hardware engineer for a project.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually.
