About the project 
 
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, automate, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure in AWS. You will play a key role in building resilient, highly available systems and defining reliability standards across the organization. 
 
 
How you'll contribute 
 
✅ Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, MSK, Lambda, CloudFront). 
✅ Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD). 
✅ Architect and manage multi-region, highly available systems for business continuity and disaster recovery. 
✅ Lead incident response, postmortems, and root cause analysis. 
✅ Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets. 
✅ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. 
✅ Implement and manage observability solutions (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). 
✅ Ensure cloud security best practices (IAM policies, secrets management, audit logging). 
✅ Conduct cost optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning. 
✅ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to operational excellence initiatives. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
✨ 5+ Years of experience working in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles. 
✨ Advanced AWS experience. 
✨ Strong Terraform and Kubernetes expertise. 
✨ CI/CD automation experience. 
✨ Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLIs. 
✨ Incident response and root cause analysis experience. 
✨ Observability stack implementation. 
✨ Experience with GitOps practices (ArgoCD). 
✨ Multi-region and disaster recovery architecture experience. 
✨ Cost optimization and cloud performance tuning. 
✨ Experience mentoring other engineers. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
