We’re looking for a Mid–Senior iOS Developer to join the core mobile team — the builders redefining how people experience beauty and wellness through technology. You’ll own the end-to-end development of a high-performance Swift + SwiftUI application, combining seamless design, complex integrations, and world-class reliability. This is a role for developers who thrive in fast-changing environments, think creatively under pressure, and want to build products that truly make an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain a production-grade iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Build and optimize integrations for analytics, marketing automation, and payment systems.
- Design and implement logging, monitoring, and performance tracking with Datadog and related observability tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and QA to create exceptional user experiences.
- Take ownership of architecture decisions, code quality, and app performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and ensure seamless App Store releases.
- Evolve quickly with the product — adapt to changing priorities, shifting definitions, and fast iteration cycles.
- Bring creative problem-solving into engineering — challenge conventions, explore smarter solutions, and innovate at every layer.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building iOS apps in Swift — must.
- Proven expertise with SwiftUI and modern iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Combine, etc.).
- Experience working in complex, data-rich apps with integrations for analytics, marketing, or payments.
- Solid understanding of networking, REST APIs, and mobile architecture design.
- Proficiency with App Store release workflows, CI/CD, and debugging tools (Xcode, Instruments, Firebase).
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting (preferably Datadog).
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and rapid experimentation.
- A creative thinker — someone who approaches development with imagination, precision, and ownership.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Braze, OneSignal, Iterable).
- Knowledge of payment systems (Apple Pay, Stripe, or similar).
- Experience with notifications, deep-linking, or in-app messaging flows.
- Understanding of backend concepts and collaboration in full-stack environments.
