Qualitest is looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer in Argentina to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Self-directed and comfortable dealing with some ambiguity: proactively identify areas for continuous improvement, and then take action.
- A test evangelist – a regular influencer of others at all levels around best practices in testing
- Experience in standardizing best practices
- Experience leading and driving end-to-end, cross-team testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required
- 5+ years of development experience in one or more programming languages (Java*, JavaScript*, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- 5+ years of testing and test automation experience: broad and deep/solid experience in best practices for quality and testing, with a drive to keep learning and applying more.
- Experience in testing multi-tier applications and services, Reactive Web, Micro Service and Business Tiers, the Data Tier, and Mobile.
- Extensive experience with Integration and End-to-End testing principles, practices and tools, in context of Agile Development practices
- Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
- Working knowledge of Selenium & Browserstack(Nice to have)
- Excited and driven to jump in and help teams
- Experienced with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experienced with AWS, its technologies, and the risks involved in delivering reliable and resilient systems in a cloud environment.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Experience working in the US
