Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Brand / Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain brand identities, style guides, and visual standards
Create key visuals and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Design assets for digital and offline media including social media, paid ads, email marketing, presentations, and print materials
Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver high-impact visual solutions
Manage packaging design, branding materials, and visual communication for campaigns
Produce assets optimized for various touchpoints: web, social media, print, and CRM Channels

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, campaign design, and visual storytelling
Experience creating visual identities, style guides, and brand standards
Proven ability to design for both digital and offline channels
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

It´s a Plus:

Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools
Knowledge of motion design (After Effects)
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design
Experience designing for CRM and email marketing campaigns
Background working with agencies or in-house creative teams
Experience with packaging design
Knowledge of AI-powered design tools

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This is a full-time, Two-months project based position, with the possibility of extension based on the client’s needs.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
