We need an English-fluent Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Set-up discipline level Revit models (Arch, MEP, etc.) and CAD backgrounds.
Assist Engineers with project level support of Revit models and CAD backgrounds.
Coordinate with architect’s counterpart regarding backgrounds and model set-up
Perform drafting of MEP trades. Candidate should have knowledge of drafting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to assist when required.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator.
Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination tools and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems
Experience with multi-discipline coordination
Communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
