We're now hiring an experienced Consulting Engineer to help design, optimize, and support high-performing technical solutions for our clients.
If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, have strong experience in engineering consulting, and can troubleshoot complex systems like a pro, this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, maintain, and optimize client systems, infrastructure, and technical workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, and system integrations.
• Develop and implement technical solutions, including backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Design and document system architectures, diagrams, and process flows.
• Strengthen security by configuring and monitoring protective systems and best practices.
• Support clients by identifying technical pain points and recommending effective solutions.
• Ensure all systems remain optimized, accessible, and secure.
• Test, configure, and maintain key devices and technologies essential to client operations.

Requirements

• Experienced in designing and supporting technical solutions across diverse client environments.
• Confident in managing UNIX/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS experience is a strong plus).
• Knowledgeable in infrastructure architecture, system integrations, and security best practices.
• Comfortable working with a range of technologies, including servers, networks, firewalls, routers, and other core devices.
• Skilled in creating clear documentation, technical reports, and system diagrams.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (only resumes in English will be considered).
• Formally educated in engineering, IT, or a related technical field—though strong hands-on experience is equally valued.
• A proactive problem-solver who works independently, communicates effectively, and collaborates seamlessly within a remote consulting team.
