📋 What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about contracts and invoices. 📞✉️
• Create and send invoices to clients, including details of charges and payment terms. 🧾💰
• Resolve billing issues and ensure a high level of customer service. 💡🤝
• Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing, collections, and tracking payments. 📊💻
• Efficiently manage emails: sort, prioritize, and respond to messages promptly. ✉️🗂️
• Perform administrative tasks: invoice clients, organize documents, manage simple projects, and work with Excel/CRM systems. 📂📋
• Handle client-facing tasks: answer inquiries, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong client relationships. 🤝💬

Requirements

✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in billing, collections, and customer service. 💼💰
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online with hands-on expertise. 💻📊
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative tasks. 🗂️📅
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken). 🌎✍️

• Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection. 💻📶
