We’re looking for an Intake Sales Coach to train, guide, and mentor our reps who handle inbound and outbound intake for U.S. law firms. You’ll be the go-to person for sales direction, motivation, and clarity—especially when it comes to qualifying leads, improving conversion rates, handling objections, and optimizing intake performance.

📋 What You’ll Do:

• Train and coach intake team members supporting U.S.-based law firms.
• Help agents improve sales performance, lead qualification accuracy, and conversion rates.
• Support agents with handling objections, difficult prospects, and high-value or sensitive leads.
• Identify performance gaps and guide team members on how to improve intake scripts, follow-ups, and sales techniques.
• Motivate, follow up, and track progress through training and coaching sessions.
• Work closely with other coaches, trainers, and stakeholders to share insights, best practices, and sales strategies.

Requirements

✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in intake, sales, or client acquisition for U.S.-based law firms or professional services.
• Confidence in coaching, training, and guiding team members to improve sales consistency, quality, and performance.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification, intake sales processes, objection handling, and conversion-driven workflows.
• Comfort working with CRMs, intake systems, call tracking tools, and related sales platforms.
• Ability to create clear documentation, training materials, SOPs, and intake scripts.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Formal education in sales, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, though strong hands-on intake or sales experience is highly valued.
• A proactive problem-solver who works independently, communicates effectively, and collaborates well with remote teams to drive revenue and results.
