What you will be doing:

• Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. 🤝
• Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. 📝

• Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. 💬

• Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. 📋

• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. 📅

• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. 🔄

• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. 📑

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree. 🎓

• Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. 💼

• Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. 📆✉️

• Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). 🏅

• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️

• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. 🏅

• Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 🔒
• Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
