직무 소개 

CE Excellence 팀은 쿠팡의 리테일 비즈니스 성장을 지원하기 위해 운영 개선을 주도하고, 가전 카테고리 전반에 걸친 전략적 이니셔티브를 실행합니다. 비즈니스 프로세스와 성과를 개선할 수 있는 확장 가능한 솔루션을 구현함으로써 고객 경험을 향상시키는데 중점을 두고있습니다.

Program Manager는 카테고리 성장과 운영 우수성을 지원하는 핵심 이니셔티브를 주도하고 관리하는 역할을 맡습니다. 다양한 부서와 긴밀히 협업하여 프로그램 목표를 정의하고, 성과를 추적하며, 적시에 실행될 수 있도록 합니다. 프로그램 매니저는 강력한 분석 능력, 세밀한 주의력, 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 여러 우선순위를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 역량을 요구합니다.

업무 내용 

• 비즈니스 목표에 부합하는 카테고리 수준의 이니셔티브 개발 및 실행 지원
• 프로그램 범위 정의 및 전체 실행 관리 (타임라인, 마일스톤, 보고)
• 핵심 성과 지표(KPI) 추적 및 정기적인 이해관계자 업데이트 제공
• 운영 병목 현상 식별 및 데이터 기반 분석을 통한 실행 가능한 솔루션 제안
• 기술, 제품, 영업 팀과 협업하여 원활한 실행 및 정렬 보장
• CE Excellence 팀과 카테고리 팀 간의 커뮤니케이션을 촉진하여 프로그램 성공 유도
• 프로세스 최적화를 위한 새로운 개선 기회 발굴 및 지속적인 개선 활동 기여

자격 요건 

• 리테일, 이커머스 또는 관련 산업에서 9년 이상의 경력이 있으신 분
• 프로그램 또는 제품 관리 분야에서 3년 이상의 경력이 있으신 분
• 데이터 기반 의사결정 경험이 있는 뛰어난 분석 및 문제 해결 능력이 있으신 분
• 다양한 부서와 협업하여 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끈 경험이 있으신 분
• 한국어 및 영어로 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분(Written and verbal)

우대 사항 

• 글로벌 또는 다국적 기업에서의 프로젝트 관리 경험이 있으신 분
• SQL 활용 가능하신 분

Role Overview

The CE Excellence Team supports the growth of Coupang’s Retail Business by driving operational improvements and executing strategic initiatives across the Consumer Electronics category. We focus on enhancing customer experience by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions that improve business processes and performance.

As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage key initiatives that support category growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define program goals, track performance, and ensure timely execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of category-level initiatives aligned with business goals

• Define program scope and manage end-to-end execution, including timelines, milestones, and reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions based on data-driven analysis

• Collaborate with teams across tech, product, and sales to ensure alignment and smooth implementation

• Facilitate communication between CE Excellence and category teams to drive program success

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying new opportunities for process optimization

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or related industries

• 3+ years of experience in program or product management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results

• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management within global or multinational companies
• Proficiency in SQL
