서울 오피스의 인사 스페셜리스트를 모집합니다.
인사 스페셜리스트는 CEO와 긴밀히 협력하여 한국 오피스의 직원들이 안정적인 환경에서 일할 수 있도록 지원하는 중요한 역할을 담당합니다.
KOMODO가 찾는 인사 스페셜리스트는 높은 감성 지능(EQ)을 바탕으로 회사와 구성원의 지속적인 성장과 확장에 기여하는 데 보람을 느끼고, 팀원들과의 관계 형성에 열정을 가진 분 입니다.
근무 시간 및 휴가 관리, 노무 행정 업무, 채용, 문화 프로그램 기획 및 운영, 오피스 관리 등 폭넓은 HR업무를 경험하며, 글로벌 환경에서 활약할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 

주요 업무

• 노무 행정 전반 ( 급여 계산, 4대보험 절차, 근태 관리)
• 채용 업무 (채용 계획 수립, 채용 공고 작성, 면접 진행, 합격자 및 입퇴사 온보딩)
• 문화 프로그램 기획 및 운영 (사내 행사, 교육 프로그램, 복지 제도 등)
• 오피스 관리 (사무실 환경 정비, 비품 관리, 계약 관리 등)
• 오피스 관리에 관한 서비스 제공 벤더와의 협력 및 협상

자격 요건

• 인사 분야 경력 3년 이상 (노무, 채용, 교육 등 다양한 인사 업무 경험자 우대)
• 한국어 원어민 수준, 영어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• 한국 특유의 노동법규를 이해하고 실제 업무에 적용할 수 있는 능력
• 근로시간, 휴일, 휴가, 임금 계산 등 실무에서 자주 발생하는 사항에 능숙한 분
• 인사정보시스템(HRIS) 도입 및 운영 경험 보유
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력, 특히 높은 감성 지능(EQ)
• 스스로 문제를 발견하고 개선 방안을 제안하는 등 적극적으로 업무에 임하는 자세

The Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Specialist for our Seoul office. This position works closely with the CEO to support employees in our Korea office, ensuring they thrive in a well-equipped work environment. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, finds fulfillment in supporting the company’s and employees’ growth and expansion, and is passionate about building strong relationships with team members. This role offers the opportunity to gain diverse experience and skills across a wide range of HR functions, including labor management, recruitment, cultural programs, and office administration while working in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Labor Management (Payroll processing, social insurance procedures, attendance management)
• Recruitment Operations (Planning recruitment strategies, creating job postings, conducting interviews, onboarding and offboarding)
• Cultural Program Planning & Management (Organizing internal events, training programs, and employee benefits initiatives)
• Office Administration (Maintaining office environment, managing supplies, handling contracts)
• Collaboration and Negotiation with Vendors Providing Office Management Services

Qualifications

• HR Experience: 3 years+ (Experience across various HR functions such as labor management, recruitment, and training is a plus)
• Language Skills: Native-level Korean, Business-level English
• Capable of understanding and applying labor regulations unique to South Korea
• Having in-depth knowledge of commonly encountered labor-related matters such as working hours, holidays, leave entitlements, and wage calculations.
• Experience in the implementation and operation of human resources information systems
• Strong Communication Skills: Particularly high emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Proactive Approach: Able to identify challenges, propose improvements, and take initiative in tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in setting up a new office
• Experience in Hiring for the Game or Publishing Industry
• Experience in Hiring Sales and Marketing Professionals
• Experience in Managing and Operating HR Systems (such as HR labor management tools, performance evaluation systems, and training management systems)
