What will you do?:

- Lead a team of 5-7 members, overseeing performance tracking, allocating manpower based on project needs, and adjusting workflows to ensure efficiency and meet evolving requirements.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for pricing projects, identifying trends and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
- Evaluate process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve overall project outcomes.
- Perform quality assessments on temporary staff output, delivering targeted training and coaching to address performance gaps and improve accuracy.

Basic Requirements:

- Proven experience in operational analysis or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau is a plus
